Have played about 15 games so seeking opponent with some experience.

Preference would be for 'Sudden Death' if you have the expansion, otherwise standard campaign with:
If the Axis player holds Leningrad, Moscow, Voronezh and Rostov concurrently at any time in 1941 he wins.
Server game.
Can usually do 2+ moves a week depending on the time difference, will not drop out or disappear part way through.
Might do an AAR.

House rules:
No para drops.
No naval invasions before November 1941, none outside the 1939 Soviet borders before January 1943.
In addition if Sevastopol is either isolated, or in German hands, none west of the Crimea,
10 day rule - no contact for 10 days, unless by prior agreement, the other player wins by default.
New Patches will be used as soon as possible.
Would prefer random weather.
All open to discussion or other suggestions.

Hi,

I consider myself an above average player, having played both as the Axis and Soviet player.
I have the expansion and am able to do a 'Sudden Death' campaign. Would be able to do 3 or more
turns a week on average, and agree to your house rules. Would ask to play with no combat bonus for
the Soviets.

Will send you a PM with more info.

Good luck Tyronec is good, but at least with the fixes the soviets arent playing completely at a disadvantage now.

Still fairly new here but I'm interested in the "fixes" you mention. I stayed away from v 1.11 since it sounded like the panzers were too strong. Is that fixed now? Is that the same thing as "the expansion?"

The new beta patch is just out, v1.11.01 - all details on the main page of the forum. Major update to HQBuildups and more. The 'expansion' is for the 'sudden death' scenario which does not come with the basic game.

Hi,

I am interested in playing against you. I have couple server games under my belt (one against above average player), so I am not the most experienced one, BUT I am analytical and experienced wargamer in general and would be interested in the challenge of managing Red Army against you.

Your house rules sound fine. How do you feel about Blizzard and soviet attack bonus rules?

EDIT: Damn, just noticed you had put "closed" in the title. Perhaps some other time then. Have fun in your game whomever you chose to be crushed! :)

Hi Kantti,

Yes, another time. Have started a couple of games so fully committed for now.
I think mild blizzard and 'Soviet +1' is a good combination.
Why don't you play Bitburger, expect he can give you a good game.
