I like to play with only the Race Victory Condition enabled. But when playing this way the game is not really balanced. So i have attempted to correct the situation with this mod.

Note : This is a modification of the mod 'Extended AI Improvement Mod 1.05'.
You must overwrite the files and folders over a previous installation.


When playing this mod, i suggest using the following parameters when setting up the game :
Allow independants alien colonies to start new empires during the game : set to OFF
Victory Threshold percent : 80%
Victory conditions apply after : 30 years

Details of the changes :

1) Added the Victory condition  'Control Your Homeworld' to races with too easy victory conditions.

2) Put a cap of 20% to the following victory conditions (because they are too hard to counter) :
Intercept the most enemy Intelligence Missions in the galaxy
Enslave other races at your colonies: X% of your empire’s population
Build specific galactic Wonder
Perform the Least Research in the galaxy
Start the fewest Wars in the galaxy
Break the fewest Treaties in the galaxy
Have the fewest Treaties in the galaxy
Spend the least time at War in the galaxy
Destroy the most Creatures by Type

3) The following conditions are too hard to reach :
Have the most Completed Research Branches in the galaxy
Have the most Completed Research Branches in the galaxy by Industry
and are replaced with : Perform the Most Research in the galaxy

4) The following conditions are too hard to counter (and the AI don't know how to react) :
Have the most experienced Admiral in the galaxy
Have the most experienced General in the galaxy
and are replaced with : Spend the most time at War in the galaxy (15%)

Additional modifications :

The following files are modifications that i have made over the years :
components, research : Reduce Hyperdrive speed and Cargo capacity by 33%. Added prefixes to components.
ressources , governments : Reduce ressources abundance and trade income by 20 %
shipNames : Name ships by class
raceBiases : Yl'ta was renamed to Ylta

It's too quiet in here !!

New modification:
The condition 'Spend the least time at War in the galaxy' is too easy to counter,
and has been replaced in most cases.
