New Features and Rule Changes:
1. Game should once again function on Windows XP.
2. Game code optimization and performance improvement (map drawing, path calculation, etc).
1. Air Directive staging base is not recalculating before air planning. Fixed.
2. Fixed air group flying path weather calculation.
3. Oil in Marseille went negative. Fixed.
4. Fixed MP game crash.
5. In recent versions, the disabled pool was killing off 1% of its contents each turn. This should not have been happening. Fixed.
6. City detail screen text can appear with wrong font. Fixed.
7. GS/RAD/OT engineers are not repairing airbases/depots/factories. Fixed.
8. Game fails to find depot for the player 2 (WA/SU) engineers when they repairing rails. Fixed.
9. Fixed Editor bug when rebuilding air bases.
10. Disable automatic air base removal for the airbase units with no HHQ.
11. Fixed City editor scroll refresh when searching for the city.

The following aircraft have their air profile changed from GE Tac Recon to GE Strat Recon:
Fw 200C-1 and C-3, Ju 290, BV 138, BV 222, He 115, Ju 88C-6A, Ju 188F-2
Calculate-out boosting agents from fuel load as it had negative impact on drop tank effectivity, affects late-war Bf 109 and Fw 190D/Ta 152
HU Fighter Air Profile changed to have the 4-12-24 upgrade earlier in 5/42 + increase group to 40 in 5/44
HU Bomber Air Profile changed to have the 4-12-24 upgrade earlier in 5/42
ALL Bf 109G had their durability reduced by one point to 30 (31 too strong vs Spitfire rating of 29, also vs others like P-40)
All standard German He 111 bombers had torpedo loadouts replaced with mine loadouts (special variant required for torpedo launches)
All standard German Ju 88/188 bombers/Patrol had torpedo loadouts replaced with mine loadouts (special variant required for torpedo launches)
Reworked aircraft durability ratings for many aircraft based on aircraft (structural) weight and by balancing it to similar types of other nations
