Got circled and cut off while entrained. broke the encirclement but now my units wont detrain. in movement mode theres a message about movement points and when you go to rail mode the units simply go to 0 zero movement and stay entrained.

Previously it was impossible to detrain isolated units (because you need SMP to detrain, and isolated units have no SMP). I think I added a fix that allows to detrain such units without paying SMPs, provided they are still isolated. When you removed isolation before detraining, that fix can't work, since the situation is unrecognizable for the game from a normal one, when you entrain unit and use up all SMPs moving that unit. In that case it can't give you a free detrain. So you should detrain first, while they are still isolated, and then break the encirclement.
