Long time since I used google site to search and I thought it could use it to just search WitP AE forum. When I use it I get all forums. This is what I'm using so what am I doing wrong?

The following works decently enough:

site:http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/ "War in the Pacific: Admiral's Edition" (your search term)

I go even shorter, as usually my search term is already AE-specific:

(search term) site:matrixgames.com
