For some reason I can't select disorganized ships for movement back to base during the Return to base phase from the Naval Review Form.

While not a bug, I find it really frustrating

Is it possible, to get this fixed?

I hope this save will do.

Go to the west Med load up the Naval Review Form and try to select the french transport (disorganized) and return it to base. You can select the other non disorganized french naval units there just fine.

If I use unit flyouts I can select the transport and other non disorganized units just fine.

I cannot make the test (nor am I a beta tester) but, could it be that they accidentally got "sentried" (sentry)? This could be one possibility.

They are not sentried. I can move the units, just can't select them when using the Naval Review Form.

The French CP in Western Med show as sentry.

Under the Menu Bar: "Help" ~ "Unit status indicators" ~ "Movement - position indicators 1"

When French SCS Return To Port you can end the phase.

That is odd and annoying and I'll file it in a bug report. But equally quick is to CTRL-left-click on the units in the 2-box to bring up the Select Units Form. Then you can Unselect All, and then click on all the ones you want to RTB to the same port (thus highlighting them as selected), then click OK to get them all "in-hand". This will work for disorganized units like that TRS.

Also in naval movement, when moving some units from a larger fleet out of port I personally find the Select Units Form to be more useful than the NRD form.

TRS (aborted) is in same sea zone as SCS and can be moved.

I have no trouble RTP it several ways (Next Unit, or Shift + Right Click then selecting the TRS or the SCS then the TRS, or the entire stack).

Yes in many cases the designer has given us several ways to do the same thing. It appears in this instance that the desired move can't be done using the naval Review Details form, but there are several alternatives as we have demonstrated.

Is the "Naval Review" form the "Unit Review" form

Menu Bar: "Info" ~ "Units in game" OR "Ctrl + U or Ctrl + u"

The "Unit Review" form is an informational form (this is where you find Warspite's unit write ups) and can be filtered (use the "Modify Filter" button) to show specific types of units (Naval, Air, land and etc.). It is not used to move or select units to move to my knowledge.

If it isn't I can't find a "Naval Review" form anywhere in the menu, hot keys, or RAC.

The Naval Review Details (NRD) form comes up if you double click in a sea zone. It is incompatible with the land hex fly-out and with the Units in Hex form (CTRL-H). You can switch back and forth from having the NRD form open to having Fly-outs for land hexes available, by double clicking in a sea zone versus double clicking on an empty land hex. There is a difference in operation in that Fly-outs pop-up as you mouse over a land hex containing units, but the NRD form stays open and gets populated as you mouse over sea zones or ports - NB: but only if they contain at least one naval unit, will you see land an air units that are also in a port hex other than the top unit.

There are also filter buttons on the NRD that control what units are seen.

One thing I found annoying was that to use the NRD for doing things with your naval units, you mouse from the map to the NRD form but in doing so if you moused over a port or different sea zone, then the contents of the NRD changes to units you're not interested in. The best ever forum help I've ever received here was when I was told by Bo that if you right click on the naval stack of interest, before mousing to the NRD, then the NRD maintains its focus on the units of interest.
