* UI TWEAK: Adjusted Missions + Ref. Point menu: Moved "Delete Ref Point" to under "Add Ref Point"
* Weaponry Tweak: Missiles and RVs are vulnerable to EMP wave (the chance of being destroyed depends on wave intensity)

I have a question. If I insert to pier a ship that is why it can not be saved? What is the problem? My idea was that the file with pier will save the ship as well as air bases to aircraft. I thought that in the file can be saved ships just as aircraft to air bases.

Should the tutorial "Tomcat84's Tutorials - Air-to-Air Refuelling 001.scen" be in Release Candidate packages??

It looks like it is a duplicate and contains instructions for the pre-1.11 interface.

These new versions are looking pretty good.

Absolutely loving the new AAR model; being able to choose tankers from a specific mission with two clicks is fantastic. Also the AAR configuration in mission setings makes things way easier. This has really increased my enjoyment of large scenarios (Shamal is a blast!).

There may be an issue with sub's depth in the latest build - they keep surfacing.
Happens with new scenario and loads.

MichaelM, I have a feeling you are surfaced due to there being no water where you are. Part of the new docking feature is the ability for Ships/Subs to dock with facilities that are on land, think that is what you are seeing as in your screenshot I see no indication of sea floor which I assume means you are in the (port zone)

Looks like there's a problem with RC13. In patrols AAW and ASuW patrols (and possibly other patrols as well) all the units are converging at one point. Scenario is attached.

I know that this has been reported, but I wanted to add that all of my HARM hits are ALWAYS 96% hits; and all of the SAM misses at either my planes or iTALDS are (as stated) always a a roll of 73. I know the 73 issue was reported, but I don't know if you know about the always 96% hit thing.

The patrol issue and PoK issue are caused by a random generator error. Fixed B815.
