This is where Neville Chamberlain went wrong in 1938.

NC: "Adolf, I'm warning you. Leave the Czechs alone".

AH: "Screw you Nev - I am a man of peace - give me the Sudetenland and that will be the limit of my territorial ambitions in Europe.... honest. Why don't we have a peace conference to discuss it?".

NC: "Right that's it, you've pushed me too far. I understand that Berlin Zoo have made an offer of a gift of 2 Giant Pandas to London Zoo. Well....well... we are jolly well not going to take them unless you back off from Czechoslovakia....so there!".

AH: "You wouldn't? You won't take the Pandas... because of the Czechs? I have underestimated you Mr Chamberlain. I shall stand my armies down immediately".

How shocking . . . a monkey importation gift refusal *shudders*

They say all is fair in love and war, but clearly it is true for diplomacy as well.

Let us hope that matters do not escalate to the point that the Saudi government refuses to admit Swedish meatballs in Saudi grocers.

The monkeys are *very* offended. Their leader, a Mr. Cornelius, mentioned something about an uprising against the humans. But I'm sure he would never in a million years do such a dastardly thing.

Did anyone ask the Monkeys if they wanted to go to a Riyadh? Day time temps are like 120... I think this whole thing smells of "monkey business"...

No, no please just kidding. I don't want to start an international incident here.

To late. There already is a incident.

But maybe you can take the monkeys instead?

Now I am just waiting for the headline "Angry Cubans refuse Swedish Cuban Crocodiles".

Not that I see any reason for such a report since I heard that the Swedish Cuban crocodiles were eagerly awaited in Cuba where they will be put into the wilderness to help the Cuban crocodile avoid extinction.

Why don't you send the Swedish bikini team our way again, Orm? Keeping some of your country's finest...erm...assets outside your national borders would be a fine way to ensure that they don't go extinct as well. Just tryin' to help, man.

Why do you think we still have a bikini team? Sweden has evolved. We are politically correct now.
