Switching to DETAILED combat results there are columns called RTR. What does it mean?

Also what in game turns do "damaged" and "disrupted" mean?

cannot find answers to above queries in the manual. Thankyou.

Retreat losses.

Damaged element is disabled and should be repaired or send back to the pool.

Disrupted element is also temporary disabled but will recover after the battle. Disruption is converting to fatigue.

Neither damaged nor disrupted elements can fire or contribute to battle CV.
