Sorry this is happening. Please make sure you've installed all the prerequisites.

If on steam you can find them here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\_CommonRedist

If matrix here:

C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\PreRequisites

Thanks!

Mike

Try deleting your Command.ini file and relaunching command (this file is rewritten). Let me know what happens.

Thanks!

Mike

Hi, I have tried to install Command on a new machine, but after the launch of the Command Panel where the options for starting/manual/update is, I press start, and instantly get a Windows message telling me [Command has stopped], and then it does a meaningless search for the error with no outcome.
Any ideas? Might it be that I have SQL 2008 installed or something similar?

Make sure you installed directx 9 and have the right .net/C++ version installed on the new machine. Don't assume they are. I would go into the prerequisites folder and run them again.

Thanks, It's not that though, all updates installed etc etc. Have done some digging, getting interference with MS SQL 2008 R2, so managing some passthrough modifications. Will post results later when successful for others.
