I am doing a Combined with the Italians and a Land with the Germans.

I have two Italian TRS in La Spezia.

I have an Italian HQ and a German MTN in the port hex.

It is the Italian Naval Movement phase.

I want to load the two land units on board the two TRS and transport them to Cagliari.

I select the Naval Review Details form. This allows me to choose the Italian HQ and I place this on one of the TRS.

However, I am not able to select the German MTN - this unit does not appear in the NRD.

Question: How do I get this unit loaded so that I can transport to Sardinia in this naval movement phase. I DO NOT want to send the TRS to the Italian Coast and pick up. I want load directly in the port so I can travel directly to Cagliari and unload.

Thanks for any assistance.

If I choose a combined with Germany too, and I click on La Spezia I get the MTN unit in the NRD but no Italian naval units so still cannot load in this scenario either.

I use the flyout to load in port instead of the NRD. You can either right click on the TRS in the hex or in the flyout and you should be able to load the German unit.

Germany can have a land impulse and be transported by the Italians.

Does it help to tick the Axis box in the NRD form?

Ctrl-left click gives you another form that shows the ships and land units in a port. It can be used for loading TRS's and selecting which ships to move. That is the one I personally prefer to use.
