I have to vote in 10 categories? What a PITA.

You are not forced to vote in them all.

Right then, lets add our Scandanavian vote into the supercomputer and see what that has done to the old scoreboard. Here are the scores after the first seven votes. Note: if you already voted on any group individually your vote will be counted but I am just counting only those that voted for all categories at the moment as its easier to avoid mistakes.

Group A
Freema 5 (warspite1, shunwick, Challerain, parusski, Orm)
Sarah 2 (ckammp, Zorch)

Group B
Jenna 7 (warspite1, ckammp, Zorch, shunwick, Challerain, parusski, Orm)

Group C
Karen 6 (warspite1, ckammp, shunwick, Challerain, parusski, Orm)
Sophie 1 (Zorch)

Group D
Michelle 5 (warspite1, Zorch, shunwick, Challerain, parusski)
Kylie 1 (ckammp)
Velile 1 (Orm)

Group E
Billie 6 (warspite1, ckammp, Zorch, Challerain, parusski, Orm)
Liz 1 (shunwick)

Group F
Katy 3 (warspite1, ckammp, parusski)
Louise 3 (Zorch, shunwick, Orm)
Wendy 1 (Challerain)

Group G
Elisabeth 5 (warspite1, ckammp, Zorch, Challerain, parusski)
Maureen 2 (shunwick, Orm)

Group H
Catherine 5 (warspite1, ckammp, shunwick, parusski, Orm)
Alex 2 (Zorch, Challerain)

Group I
Deborah 5 (warspite1, ckammp, Challerain, parusski, Orm)
Lalla 1 (Zorch)
Anneka 1 (shunwick)

Group J
Georgia 5 (ckammp, shunwick, Challerain, parusski, Orm)
Mary 2 (warspite1, Zorch)

There are 10 groups so the winners of each group go through with the two closest runners-up.

I've always disliked that the closest runners-up advance. But in a strong group with a favourite, the runner up seldom advances even though she would have been winning a group that two advanced from. Jenna, for example, has been known to knock out very strong opponents who deserved to advance further into the competition.

Therefore I suggest that the event organizer select the last two who should advance instead of the runners-up.

Okay - we'll have a sort of all parties discussion once I have nominated two worthy runners-up and I'm sure we'll come to a consensus.

Once again Jenna do not leave her opponents with a single vote. I am sure they would have gotten at least some votes against any other competition.

Which one is Jenna? There are so many groups it's hard to find the individual pics in the thread.

Never mind. Found her. She definitely has the "perky" look. Sarah Jane OTOH has that innocent "how can the Daleks be so evil" look on her face. I seem to remember her being such a good heart. Precious and worth a billion words.

Yes, indeed. She was Mrs. Tom Baker for a while, as you no doubt know.

No I didn't - although her current husband is someone she met on the Doctor Who set.

That sounds about right. And how many do you think we lost after they left in disgust by seeing the entire front page filled with spam? 50%?
