Place these two .bmp files in the Dat/Art/Gui folder of the game directory.

Nice touch.

Axis allies get "pimped" too? Maybe for the SS div the runes in the background?

Looks pretty good. Just one thing to improve: reduce opacity somewhat. Makes it easier to read white text on the flags.

Seconded :) Those guys look ok at first, but after a while it's the same guy over and over again.
