Completed my order and got this

No email received as yet

Bought 20+ games from Matrix and first time I have had any problems

Hi Wolfe,

If you have your order info, you should be able to get your serial number and a download link by going to www.findmyorder.com. If that doesn't work, please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com and I can retrieve your order info and ask the store to re-send the e-mail.

This sounds like you may have used a payment method that takes time to process, for example PayPal or a bank transfer. In those cases, it can take time for the e-mail to be sent out until after the process completes.
