Oke all modders and mod fans unite yourself !!!

Now we all know, there are multiple mods => shipsets , music , troop figures ectra.
I propose we make a modpack where Battle star Galactica meets other races, like Star Wars and Star Trek or the transcendence universe. This could be great.

I know this is a piece of cake to make for the modders.
But for generic players it would be a pain.

Who joins in of the modders ?

I think the best way to do this, would be for one person to select specific ship sets/races from other mods, then put them together into one supermod. It would be like a kind of 'best of' mod.

Is that the kind of thing you had in mind, 2gun?

I haven't counted them, but we should have enough shipsets out there to compile a pretty big mod. Question is, who will do the work of putting them all together?

Are you up to it, man?

I propose, I take a look to your mods (Romulan) and integrate them with the transendence mod :p ?

There is no real work involved in this idea and anyone could do it. All that needs done is download each of the current complete shipsets then put each on in it's own folder.

Name each folder from "family0" to "family8" and put off of those in a folder called "shipimages" which sits in a folder named whatever your supermod is called.

Actually that is a we bit of work. Also a good explanation so those of us who are modability challenged can get it to work.

But I have limited time and need a tester
And a workslave to provide support

Just be sure to get all author's permissions to do this. And to alleviate the need to ask me, you may use any of my files as a part of such a pack so long as you give me credit for them.

Of course you can use my romulan mod.

I don't think you should worry about things like how much time it will take and who will test it. Make the mod you want to make then share it when it's ready.

Good luck, mate and of course if you have any questions or need specific help just ask and someone should be willing. Not sure about being your slave tho.
