Command HQ effects
Assuming a Command HQ with 200 support, 100 Naval Support and a command radius of 5 at base 1, 3 segments of 25 each support/Naval Support are sent to Base 2 (5 hexes distance), Base 3 (10 hexes distance), and Base 4 (11 hexes distance), I interpret the effects as follows:

Base 1 – 125/25 support/Naval Support with full command effects: e.g. +5 AF group overstack and other full Command HQ enhancements including enhanced supply draw

Base 2 at 5 hexes– 25/50 Support/Naval Support with partial Command effects: e.g. + 5 AF group overstack and other full Command HQ enhancements except no 25K extra supply draw enhancement.

Base 3 at 10 hexes– 25/50 Support/Naval Support with partial Command effects: e.g. + 2 AF group overstack and other full Command HQ enhancements except no 25K extra supply draw enhancement..

Base 4 at 11 hexes – 25/25 Support/Naval Support with no Command HQ effect enhancements.

Can any authoritive commentator confirm this analysis? Is it correct that base 2 and 3 have more Naval Support than the “mother Command HQ”? Are Base 3 Command HQ command effects other than Support/Naval Support only reduced by half for just AF overstack? Does the original Base 1 Command HQ Naval Support fully extend out to twice the Command radius or is it:

a) reduced in the same manner as “overstack support”?
b) limited to 5 hex range?

I would myself really love a new workbook rulebook that only dealt with these types hq issues... After hundreds of hours playing and more untold here reading, I still scratch my head, and other places, wondering what affects hq have

It would be nice to see a table as you suggest with headings:
HQ Type--------------------------------- Support - Naval Support- AF Overstack- Supply Draw- LCU Combat- etc.-etc.
