I have reworked the city graphics, which can partly be seen below. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the files here because they are too large. Does anyone know where I can upload those files to?

Link for a smaller file: (You overwrite two files)

http://www.4shared.com/file/120605338/478cc5a9/City_Mod.html

Here is the larger DL: (no overwriting needed)

Hi Swatter555

I Like the city and port mod's they are much easyier to tell ports and capitals apart but why the white outline, I do tend to play with hex's off so they look a bit strange.

Keep up the good work.

Ooops! I didn't even think about that. I modeled the cities somewhat after an old wargame called "Russian Front". I played with it a few different ways, but the borders are there because getting the city to blend with the rest of the terrain was proving difficult. Ill take a look at one more time.

Where do you place the modded file?

Depends what you are downloading.

If te smaller file then go to your game main folder and then to:
/data/gfx/[MapSkin]Normal/

if he larger then go to:
/data/gfx/
but then you will have to change your map in parameters

*Didn't tried by myself, just assume how it should be done.

I appreciate the various mods but it has been my experience that unless you live and breathe the modded game you'll never figure out how to install a mod. They always assume you have prior knowledge about how and where a mod should be installed.
