This is not a technical but rather a billing issue.

Latterly Paypal doesn't show the due amount anymore after redirecting from DR site. This happened with the last 5 Matrix games I purchased and just again when I bought CC 5. Even everything went well so far, I'd really like to have this fixed for the future. As I prefer to see what I'm going to confirm before pushing the button.

The forum can't fix that.

You may want to open a ticket with the Help Desk and see if they can do something. At least that would get it to Erik's attention perhaps.

As an iron clad rule I no longer do business with PayPal as they caused me a serious problem with a credit breach which required me to get a new credit card. My credit card company caught the error and I lost no funds but will not and can not reveal exactly what the problem was. As a result I never do business with PayPal. It means I have to pass a lot of purchases on eBay bit that's life. I hope you get your problem solved.

Boy, can I relate. I had one of those cool "Confirmed" accounts with PayPal, which they make sound so secure and an advantage to have. I had a similar breach of security and someone got into my PayPal account and purchased $300 worth of online gaming accounts in Europe. To my horror, I discovered that by having a "confirmed" account, PayPal directly sucks the money out of your checking account instead of a credit card. So in my case, I was out $300 until Paypal investigated my complaint and verified that it was indeed a case of identity theft.

After that experience, I deleted all my PayPal accounts and severed relations with them. Never again will I allow a company direct access to my checking account, no matter how secure they claim to be.

I actually only had very good experience with PayPal yet. Especially when it came to handling billing issues or trouble with sellers.

To relate; I had a breach of credit security. Although, no funds were taken/charged... My Wife told me
she replied to an email believing it to have been legit from Paypal. I told my Wife they (Paypal) would
NEVER ask for our Paypal account info. Yeah, I know.. common sense. I explained to her if Paypal
didn't already have that info, we wouldn't have an account. I forwarded the email to Paypal securities,
and they took action on their end. Our account was safe and business continues to this day.

Just can't trust anyone wanting to know the account information...
