I saw a screenie of the unit database and did not see a back button to go from the unit details back to the unit list. That's how it was in WitP, and I found it annoying to say the least. One would have to go back to the list, select Allied all over again, find your place in the list and move on. Took way too long.

If there's a hotkey in either WitP or AE, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope it would be possible to slip that in for a future patch. . .

Thanks as always.

If you click on the name of the aircraft in the details view, it will take you back to the list view. But, the list will reset to the top again, very agravating in itself.

I hated that in witp too. They really should put it to the work list. Even though wargamers are hardcore niche theres no reason to force them to use torture UIs from years on.  Witp was patched for years and now we have new addon but still this torture persists.

It did go into the list, was prioritized, and did not get worked on.

Good prioritizing - an annoying item but very inconsequential.

I understand. Especially if it takes more than hour or two to add this feature. Days spent on "goback" button are better spent elsewhere. Besides everyone hates coding UIs.

Of course there is still plenty of time to do it. Such tiny inconsequential things could be added last - even just before release.

Drives me crazy too. Would be nice if it could be addressed later . . .

Drives me crazy too, and still we decided it was not worth the effort to change it.

Dont get me wrong, there are plenty other features that you all are working on that I would much, *much* rather see get in than the back button.

And those are just the goodies that we know about. Who knows whats on the AE to-do list that we have not seen yet . . .
