Hey guys:

We have a few install issues that we are looking at and a few regroup issues that I needed to touch but I have also added a few more items for the 1.03.11 BETA release.
Apologize for the delay and we will keep you posted. Below are the updated release notes.

- 0000149: sounds very interesting ! Though im not sure how i should read "would like" and "resolved" ?
- 0000052, its not just Prussia, in pbm game im in, Host let ai run Spains eco phase for March no conqest so far by Spain.
In April Spain places 16 militias in Madrid. So my guess would be AI has wrong manpower cost for militias ?

The terminology is simply how the issue was reported. Resolved is the Mantis language. Curious, what do you read it as?
BTW: You are correct, there were universal effects in this militia build code.

Its a bit vague, leaving open questions, i remember some threads involved a host editor, but they did involve more than pp $ addjustments.

Well as i read it, if its listed as want stands resolved maybe this means could be just be accepted for development ? Offcourse i know better now.

I notiche the Enemy occupupation of capital during eco-phase by non-besieged enemy forces is not on the fix list.
"Resetting economic manipulation to 0"
I thought Debatal wrote this would be fixed in the upcomming patch. Cant find the thread now though ?

Edit_Update. seems the MP currently in 1.02k cant even change the economic manipulation if his capital is enemy occupied but besieged, resulting that we cant reset it to 0 ourself.

It was reported "pre-Mantis".  You might have fixed it (in 1.03) & it just didn't get on the list.

Todd is correct. The coding is done we're just doing some quick validation testing. You will see a BETA in a few days.

Just curious if the current beta is the proposed final for v1.03, or if you plan to release another beta with some of the recent resolved issues?

We have another BETA image that is being cooked as we speak and this should be out in the next few days. I added some recent major fixes. This will probably be the final 1.03 image before general release.

2. Should we download it? I'm afraid to download a patch and have it mess up my current PBEM games. Are you sure all these new bugs were already in the old patches, they just somehow weren't discovered yet?

The new BETA image is not out yet. The testers are still cooking it. Should be out shortly. There were few additions to 1.03.14. I added a crash fix to get it into the general release for 1.03.

I expect 1.03 to goto general release perhaps next week unless something goes wrong in BETA.
