Has anyone heard any news about this game. It was due to be released in June 2008 and the Slitherine website still has this date up. Enjoyed Commander Europe at War and was looking forward to this. I understand that dates sllliiiiiiiippppppp way but it would be nice if they let their customers know.

Yeah, information on release is hard to find. The forum is dead as well. I seriously doubt that release will be soon.

We are a little behind schedule and have been very busy with other projects. We have a DS game going in to final submission this week and on 30th May I had a baby boy so we are a little behind in a lot of areas :)

We will soon be accepting Beta Testers for CNAW.

As long as we're on that topic, os there any plans for another Gates of Troy or Spartan(Which I guess is the same thing. I wish I know that before I bought both if them) or other ancients? what about the far East like the Han Dynasty or the Three Kingdoms era? or Temujin/Genghis Khan?

Thanks for the reply Iain. Congrats on the baby.... a young liverpool fan in the making.
Looking forward to the game but I'm old enough to be able to wait. I was just wondering where it was at.
Thank again

I'd really like them to do a Star or Fantasy General with this game engine, two of the best games of the General series.
