I have not done one yet but I have had people tell they they have refused to accept unconditional because of my terms Noone should be able to see what terms I have before they decide. The original order was:

1] Sue for Peace
2] Get response from enemy of Conditional or Unconditional.
3] If Unconditional either accept or decline.
4] Pick your A list item if Conditional was the response.
5] Enemy picks choices fron B and or C list (in rotation based on PP level if to multiple enemies in EIANW).

Soooo....I guess my question is are the terms of the surrender (B and C list picks) revealed before the surrending nation chooses to accept or decline? If so it should be changed so that they either accept it or decline it and the consitions are generated based on the victor's list.

A quick test via hot seat says that the person suing for peace does not get to see the specific proposed terms before answering 'yes' or 'no', just that an unconditional peace is being demanded.

I think the name says it all, unconditional what i know it means you surrender at the mercy of the victor. I do however agree that there are some occations in FtF games where an unconditional peace are negoitiated and probably also could be in a PBEM game but its outside the scope of the game engine.
