I have noticed on several occassions that I am getting inccorrect results[in 1.00 and now in 1.01beta]

18 [13hvy 5lt]Dutch fl 20% die roll result=3
17 lt British fl die roll 15% =3

Now my quick math says 20% of 18 = 3.6 so shouldn't 4 be the result
15% of 17 = 2.55 =3

The computer always gets the correct result; the human does not.

The question is; on hard AI, is there a penalty on the human in combat results?

Just an FYI, make sur that the wind gauge is not affecting these numbers i.e. If your opponent gets the gauge then his roll is resolved (Your casualties taken out) before your casualties are calculated then taken from him.

Let me know on this...
