Hay , I am a strategy-gamer from Belgium (Europe) and cause we cant buy matrix-games in the stores I ordered on the 14/11 nine !! games from the excellent choice we have in the matrix-store. I got a confirmation mail back from DigitalRiver, so everything okay. Now I want to check out the progress of my order and it seems to be cancelled by the matrix-sevices ?? and this without any message from matrix !! Are there also gamers in Europe who got the same probems or what ??
And the next of my questions : why cant we in Europe-store buy the game UFO : extraterrestrials ?? Isn't the market in Europe not big or intresting enough ??

First of all, thanks for your order! I have no idea however why it would be cancelled by us. That does not typically happen at all. Could you please e-mail us at erikr@matrixgames.com and support@matrixgames.com with your order information so that we can follow up to investigate this?

UFO is the _only_ game we do not sell worldwide, because the developer worked out one agreement with us for online sales in North America and another agreement with Paradox/Gamer's Gate for distribution elsewhere. So, we are bound by contract to sell that only in the North America region.

Hi , Erik , latest news , today I got a message from your services to place a new order instead of the old one, okay I tried but got a error message (30024003-0) in when finishing my secure order !! What's going on this time ?? I complained with DigitalRiver now according the error message. I ordered today games in Paradox also : no problem at all, so my credit card is allright
