Are any of the TOAW 'Classic' scenarios in the TOAW Classic folder playable using TOAW III (and the latest patch)?

EDIT: I should clarify. I mean playable against the PO. I'm not ready for PBEM yet.

As I understand it, they all have objectives defined so should work against the PO.

As to not being ready for PBM- you'll probably do fine.

You might want to give this scenario a try:

It's not a TOAW Classic, but it is designed specifically for play against the PO.

The PO is very poorly planned for Balkans 1912. Especially for the Ottomans, to the point of being essentially non-existant. In other words, you can play as the Ottomans, but you should not play against them, as they will offer zero challenge. The PO for Balkans 1913 is better planned, though still rather rudimentary. The rest are playable, though the quality ranges widely.
