Re: Are Ship Auto-Upgrades Fixed Yet?

The problem that I see it is that and Ugrade function that keep the ship as you designed it from the start and then just auto upgrade the exact components will not work well as over time the design migh even become invalid due to lacking energy or you are wasting space becasue some component are no...

Re: Are Ship Auto-Upgrades Fixed Yet?

The game supports toggling auto upgrades on or off by hull type in the design list. That will prevent auto upgraded designs overriding yours. Or are you asking for something else? My understanding is that that turns on/off upgrades of components rather than ship designs? If so, I really didn't want...

Re: Are Ship Auto-Upgrades Fixed Yet?

There is a pretty good chance you might not understand how the game work in this particular part. Actually, there is an extremely good chance that I don't understand how the game works on this stuff! I was never able to find a good explanation, although I haven't looked in awhile--if anyone could p...

Are Ship Auto-Upgrades Fixed Yet?

I've played this game a couple of times but quit playing after getting frustrated with the fact that whatever ships I designed would be completely over-written as soon as they had components upgraded. Has this been fixed yet? I saw that there is a recent patch focusing on fleet stuff, but didn't see...

GaryChildress wrote: Sat Dec 02, 2023 11:08 am Wow! Well done! Sounds like Matrix and Slitherine need to hire you in their tech support department. :)
I passed this on to Matrix tech support and suggested that they fix it, but they didn't even acknowledge my e-mail. Not impressed.

Fire & Rubble does not recognize CMRT

I bought CMRT directly from Battlefront several years ago when it first came out. I just bought Fire & Rubble and the Battlepack from Matrix and tried to install them. Fire & Rubble did not recognize the Battlefront version of CMRT and said that it was not installed. I don't see any warning ...

Re: WTF is wrong with your website?

Is it possible you have some kind of malware on your computer that you picked up somehow over the past few days? No, I finally figured out the problem myself, without any help from Matrix support: the problem was that on the Matrix forum, when you change your password, you can include non-alphanume...

Re: WTF is wrong with your website?

I still can't log into the store, despite contacting Matrix support. I have to say that this is incredibly frustrating, I've spent hours trying different permutations. Can't log in on my iPad at all, at least on on desktop I can log into the forum.

Re: WTF is wrong with your website?

How would reporting spam fix the log in problem? On the other hand, when I click on "To get support please login to your account and go to Helpdesk", which I would expect to solve the problem, I can't log in, because, you guessed it, it says my credentials are invalid. So I can log into th...

WTF is wrong with your website?

It keeps saying I'm entering invalid credentials...even though I logged in fine yesterday. So I change my password, can log in, then whenever I try to put something on my wishlist, it asks me to log in again...and the very same credentials I just logged in with are invalid. This has been going on fo...

Re: Interesting, but...

This is exactly what I would want as well--a "sandbox" mode that allows you to create ships and then pit them against each other in a battle without the campaign/strategy part. Since both designing ships and tactical battles are already part of the game, I've been hoping that this sandbox ...

Sorry to disappoint you, maybe - but no, the mod you metioned is not already released - it's only under construction and could / needs to be finalized with our/your help. ;) Oh noes! I downloaded a file, I thought that was the mod, what was it? I'm not sure that I have enough experience to even pro...

Tooltips for tech tree would be my top choice, and I see that someone has just released a mod with these tooltips, so that's a great start!
