I am trying to create a map as big as possible with the grey moon surface look. Unfortunately the biggest I can go is 93x38 with the planetoid class selected and normal size toggled on. Thanks, now I see it.
Usually the game shows 0 values in tooltips as well, like the shq maximum energy storage capacity for instance. So I was confused not being the case here.

Thanks, I just moused-over the energy stock number. However I can't find any indication about how much capacity it contributes to the shq.

Is there somewhere else I can find this information? It still seems very bugged to me.

Not intended as spam, but I also got a decrease in workforce of -5000 but with no indication of what caused it when mouse over.
As far as I know the mouse over always shows how the change in civilian and workforce population is adding up.

Yes.

It put me in the negatives as well which as far as I know is impossible to do with any decisions: You don't have the money, the respective decision is grayed out.
