I had a delay too after Warsaw fell in my MP match.
My opponent cunningly rat-holed Polish units including air elements to the east. Then had to wade in mud a bit till the next surrender check. 😁

Most ports require 2 ships to reduce them but there are several exceptions - often hatched in red. Capetown, Sydney & Wellington definitely only require 1. Seems Lima does as well. I am aware of the purpose of the red hatch hexes. This is not one of them. If there are special ports that are red...
