Ah it's a PDF file.... it just has content that has a hexagon background.

Looks similar, thought it might've been a form of Vassal platform too. The WarPaths one, I can't seem to find hexagon backgrounds, nice tool tho!

Is the WAMI sensor, Kestral Block 2 in the DB? Or the ARGUS-IS? I see there's the Gorgon Stare is there but not sure if it's the same level as the newer specs?
