It helps to actual read the rules. I see that the surrender and transfer of Italian naval units on board, in production and repair pools was handled correctly. Read the rules? I thought there was a rule against that somewhere. :) I guess the issue is with Trieste and Pola and the rebase of the 2 SS...

This was a known bug in the version 3. The best way to work around this is to check when you've exited MWIF using Windows if there is a shadow MWIF running.

In current versions of MWIF I haven't seen this bug occurring anymore.

Sorry. My mistake. Range would allow a move, but a 3 movement unit cannot leave the Eastern Med in the mentioned example, unless that unit is a SUB.

Interesting. It looks like that you are right here. According to RAW advancing after combat comes before facing. And the rules on HQ support or AA guns state that the units involved are disorganised at the end of the advancing after combat stage. That's before facing. One should not even need the FA...

There is a very rare bug in the game, which when it occurs, you can't recreate. This bug makes it possible that the hex where the air combat takes place stays controlled by the wrong side, when you move into it. Can you check hex control?

The rule is clear. You can transport saved build points to other cities. There is no restriction placed on the transport of build points if you capture them. There is a restriction on the use of saved build points for production.

The rule states "as if they are all at war". That's the one which makes air-to-air combat possible. However: only in the hex where the combat takes place, not into any other hexes (in case the on-route-interception optional rule is used on the board).
