I am pretty sure this is supposed to be a read-only topic, so locking.

Re: I'm really disappointed in SSD drives...

My SSDs are going to be getting a lot more work than most, running almost constantly every work day, all day. And writing a lot more than 'most' drives are going to - and in two years I am at 12TB written on a part with a TBW of 300. But every failure I have had has been in the first month (like alm...

Re: Monitor Help!

I use a 43" 4K TV as my monitor. Hugely cheaper than a 'real' monitor. Fine for most tasks, esp if you mainly play slower games.

I believe that they only leave once the other user has logged in to collect them, though the workings of the PM system are a little obtuse.

Do you have the Windows Folder Protection set up? It might be that the game cannot write to the Documents folder?

You'll likely get a better response posting in the official game forum:

RE: Before You Move Know What It's Like To Live In A Beach Town

It takes 5-10 thousand years to swing out of an ice age. We would not be able to watch it happen year by year.

Nonetheless, as has been said, not to be discussed here.

RE: Is deleting a lot of unplayed games a good idea?

<t> Remember you can compress a folder on disk via Properties->Advanced. If the assets are already compressed it won't make much of a difference, but if not you could gain a decent amount and still leave the games playable (at a small loading speed cost, although perhaps not if you have a slow disk ...

<r> I've no idea why there is a line in the manual saying that a 'paper' manual for the editor would be created, it was certainly not part of anyone's task list <E>:)</E> It would have been almost immediately out of date given the pace of updates to the game. Please post the contents of the error.log file in Documents/My Games/CloseCombatTheBloodyFirst immediately after the crash.

I would also check that the mod has downloaded correctly, perhaps by deleting and redownloading.
