From June to December 41 Soviet army formed 82 cavalry divisions alone. Divisions were reduced in size , stripped of artillery and tanks but yet they formed about the equivalent of 27 cavalry corps.

Soviet cavalry divisions were mobile forces and generally fared better in 1941. But they had a Achill kneel : they lacked artillery and so were very weak in defense.

IMHO what's lacking is voluntary deception. Fortitude in the West, Maskirovka in the East should be represented.Ultra should be present too. Daunting task, even without considering AI. But yet...it should.

Soviet partisans in Baltic States is historically an heresy. These 3 States were annexed by USSR in 1940 and the populations were strongly anti communists. German never had much trouble during the war there. This excellent game should remove any partisans here.
