Re: Minesweepers conducting ASW

Some Japanese local minesweepers have an ASW capability. While on local minesweeping duty, will they engage in ASW if a target sub is spotted within their reaction range? With the two features interacting, would one override or prevent the other?

There's this small thermal exhaust port below the main port about the size of a womp rat.

May I offer you some tea with homemade knotted cinnamon rolls? Cinnamon_roll_in_Stockholm.jpg IMG_20220726_174721.jpg My blood sugar should be going up just looking at that but the cinnamon should keep it under control. But I made this rolls myself. Tempting pictures. Now due to time constraints I ...

Yeah, I do have that turned off already.

I think a lot of it has to do with my new PC. It seems to run the game's animations at a much faster clip than the old one.

Slower animation

I've often wondered if there is a way in the game to slow down the speed with which battles and movement are animated on the map during the opposing side's turn? Thanks for any insight you can offer. 8-)

Problem solved. Thanks! 8-)

Re: Unit experience (yet another noob question)

It might be a graphic glitch of some sort. However, I'm only seeing five potential eagles on the Karpaty Army or any other Polish unit. Sometimes art mods do unexpected things. I've noticed the national flags on the cities in this mod seem chopped up.

Re: WITPAE AI

Assuming you are using either 11.26a or b, did you update the AI files after installing the base game? If not, you are using the 2010 AI files, which have been VASTLY improved in the many years since. I discuss the issue in this thread: Were the Allied AI files ever updated outside of the Ironman t...

I would suggest posting this question in the WW2 War in Europe section. There is no TRP mod for the WW1 game (not yet anyway.)

I'm not even sure what to do with the growing glut of the more useful Liberty ships. Make-work supply runs to bases already brimming with supplies seems to be it. I guess I can see how the post-war cargo cults got started in some of these remote islands when all this wondrous bounty suddenly ceased.

12 inch mortars, at least two 10 inch rifles and some six inch. They were later augmented with some five inch guns in DD turrets as well.

if its mid42 it is because of a lazy Allied player. It Isnt hard to place an Infantry Division to defend one of your key shipbuilding bases, plus have it at 3-4 fort level. Without the surprise element of the Japanese December 7th "Magic Move" you gotta figure a slow-moving Japanese invas...

Meet Cat Loaf. So called because of his habit of sleeping on his back, and because we often suspect he might just be pieces of fur and meat chunked and formed to look like a cat.
