A more detailed search shows quite a number of FW190A unitss on the Eastern Front in 1942 and 1943. I am surprised.

Why? FW-190 became a real workhorse for the Luftwaffe.

Need Road to Smolensk Tips

<t> Hello,<br/> <br/> I need some tips on Road to Smolensk. My last playthrough I had about double VPs over the Soviets on Turn 4, with my panzer groups N and S of Mogilev. I waited one turn (4) because my Armored formations were critically low on fuel and supplies and I wanted to catch my infantry ...

I've already answered that question in post # 5, but: no.

Seems to me that you do.

I had construction units sitting on the same squares and not moving for multiple turns.

RE: Logistic tips and moving up Luftwaffe units to keep up with attack.

<t> So I can move my air units with the standard move button to whereever I want with no need to prepare any airfields there ahead of time? I know rough airfields could be constructed quickly for these kinds of aircraft but that seems a bit odd. Is that right?<br/> <br/> Any tips on improving flow o...

<t> I could also do with some book recommendations. I have read "War without Garlands" which focuses heavily on the opening moves in 1941, and "Enemies at the Gates" which is about Stalingrad as part of a 3 book series on WWII I was given about different theatres. My reading on the years 1943-1945 i...

Ah, I had no idea Prussia only had 1 army this late in the game. Sounds like an utterly incompetent Kaiser.

RE: Janissaries Forward!

<t> AFAIK no more than 30ish divisions will engage in quick combat, although many more will stay in the routed section and suffer pursuit casualties if you lose. That is probably why Vienna went so badly for you guys. The exact battle limits are listed in the manual but with you having 200k+ and the...
