I bought TotH a few days ago, and as an old ASL player, I really love it.
It's really fun...
How is it intended to be played best?
If it's primary goal is to "hotseat", then I'd be better off with VASL.
If it is playing against the AI, I wonder which role is best suited for the AI?
I tried a scenario with the AI on the attack and the same scenario the AI on the defense.
I'm grinding my teeth!
-The AI sending units in a circle during a rout - back-and-forth in two hexes till all MP are used up and I have to click "AI continue" each time.
-AT guns firing at Infantry, but never at tanks
-BAZ also firing at Infantry and missing juicy tanks or vehicle targets
-US halftracks remain at the entry hex despite "defend hex - 16/15"
That is really annoying and frustrating.
I won the same scenario as German attacker with 119:51 VP and as US defender with 161:21 VP
So, how do you guys balance this?
