Is this modifier reflected in the CV as seen on the counter or is it part of the initial CV calculation when combat is initiated?

Initial CV shown in the battle report.

For example, make an attack with an infantry unit in a clear hexagon and then into a swamp hexagon, and look how initial CV are very different.

In case of a mountain unit, the doubled CV are already shown on the counter if the mountain unit is in a mountain hexagon.

Thanks.

Got the mountain units, same for ski units in snow etc.

In my initial listing, I also forgot that lvl 3 fort and above also count as dense terrain IIRC.
So attacking lvl 3 forts with panzers is not so wise because there CV are halved.
