While this graphic is interesting...I'm extremely suspect of their info. Doesn't really pass the smell test. This is what I found after looking for ~5 minutes and going off memory...

1. They note that "bunker busters" have high collateral damage. This is completely incorrect. Detonating a bomb completely inside a building or underground greatly reduces frag/blast via containment. Penetrators will also usually have smaller explosive weight, further reducing blast damage (although potentially resulting in larger frags).

2. GBU-24 outperforming AGM-130 (and having different "explosion" sizes) despite the fact they both use the BLU-109 as their penetration warhead.

3. GBU-39 outperforming AGM-154 despite AGM-154 having the better shape for penetration (L/W of ~12 compared to ~9.5), similar impact velocities (both are configurable glide weapons) and the AGM-154 having a dual-stage warhead.

4. No statement of what the material this is based on. 5000 PSI Concrete? 20,000 PSI? Dirt? Super important when you talk about penetration capability and this needs to be normalized, especially if you're just pulling numbers from Wikipedia.

5. Fuse design plays a much bigger role than they let on, especially when you don't need the full penetration capability of the weapon. Although most countries won't advertise their fuse capabilities, so I guess I'll forgive that point.

Thanks Gunnar98.

I've added this graphic to the Dropbox reference library along with ExNusquam's comments for comparison.
