BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:15:37 PM)

hq gets routed in this large attack

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:16:28 PM)

another division versus corp attack

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:17:07 PM)

and then a key hasty attack

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:18:24 PM)

And then a 3 hq rout maneuver.

Unless a hidden unit shows up

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:19:29 PM)

GD shows up, clears out space and earns a weeks pay.

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:20:44 PM)

half done

This is the situation room. How do I cut the south part of the pocket?

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:22:55 PM)

I must start somewhere.
And run into the deadly triple defensive reserve activation!!![:@][:@][:@]

I know he must have his Guards infantry corp lined up in forts but how deep will I have to go until I find them

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:25:02 PM)

Hasty attack

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:25:48 PM)

Trap attack

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:26:48 PM)

push back near the port. Trying to stabilize.

BrianG -> RE: t58 action (4/28/2019 7:27:39 PM)

last battle in area.

Very heavy German kia

BrianG -> t58 final positions (4/28/2019 7:28:41 PM)

Final Lower Stalino

BrianG -> RE: t58 final positions (4/28/2019 7:30:48 PM)

Final Lower Pocket.

I thought it would hold but clearly no shut case.

I assume, if I had delayed my attack and tanks discovered, that this potion of the russian line was going to be retreated or heavily reinforced.

BrianG -> RE: t58 final positions (4/28/2019 7:33:49 PM)

Final Lower Orel

BrianG -> RE: t58 final positions (4/28/2019 7:34:18 PM)

final Moscow

BrianG -> RE: t58 final positions (4/28/2019 7:35:35 PM)

Final North, pending the attack by the Night King.

Actually its settling down. Leningrad will be reduced asap as I need troops elsewhere

BrianG -> t58 info (4/28/2019 7:36:36 PM)

This turn air kia report

BrianG -> RE: t58 info (4/28/2019 7:37:09 PM)

This turn Ground KIA report

BrianG -> t58 end OOB (4/28/2019 7:37:49 PM)

OOB report

BrianG -> Turn 59 (5/5/2019 2:34:19 PM)

Russian recon returns to the action. And I guess Russian MP's at this stage are very sufficient to move far enough to break pockets. Sad more than mad.

HYLA has shoved into this reopened pocket every non important unit, misc air hq's, unused airbases, unused hq's to block any corral attempts on better ground units.

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 (5/5/2019 2:36:57 PM)

In west Moscow only 2 attacks but in one I had a very ugly loss of defensive bombers.

BrianG -> Turn 59 Air settings (5/5/2019 2:38:29 PM)

This has been my air settings for the recent turns:

Feel free to comment?

BrianG -> Turn 59 Air kia (5/5/2019 2:50:37 PM)

air kia since last turn

BrianG -> Turn 59 ground kia (5/5/2019 2:51:22 PM)

ground kia since last turn

BrianG -> Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 2:54:22 PM)

The rr to the Crimea has been cut.

A very static front.

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 2:58:37 PM)

I think we will be doing one attack a week until Leningrad is cleared.

Surrender seems to be the order of the day.

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 3:00:48 PM)

And so begins my new encircle attempt.

Lots of routs

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 3:03:06 PM)

Hyla also has thrown in 2 Front hq's. Anything to stop a retreat west of his guard cav units. HYLA has no regard for high command.

I contemplate how I could isolate the front hq's but it seems better to smash East and open a hole for future turns.

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 3:05:12 PM)

This was a key hex: surround and then rout.

BrianG -> RE: Turn 59 ground action (5/5/2019 3:14:18 PM)

While I attempt a push East to Stalingrad, I eye Rostov. It would be good to cut the rr over the river.

I run into Tank corp reserve activation
