Ground Support

If I use a ground air support unit to airstrike twice,, (as the Russians), will there be any tactical left for the ground support air to help during the German turn?

Hi,

yes, OP for air units reset at the end of your turn. So an air unit can fly twice during its turn and twice during the enemy's turn.
