Great! We'll see how it all works together when we have a testable ALPHA.

ALPHA testing proceeds with good results. Many bugs identified and many bugs squashed. Game play is REALLY FUN. Whether attacking or defending there are many successful tactics to employ. We have great ALPHA testers and they are putting the game through its paces. Good stuff.

Volga Flotilla

I thought this YouTube video was interesting:

"The armored boat BK-31 [was sunk] 75 years ago - October 9, 1942. The captain [who was only 23 years old, and two sailors, died with the ship. The ship was found in the river in 2017, opposite the city center of Volgograd (Stalingrad). It was sunk by German aircraft during the Battle of Stalingrad."

Has beta begun? Really chomping at the bit for this game! Maps look great! One question; I have always been partial to units colors being within the NATO designation box. Will there be an option to color the NATO box instead of the band at the bottom of the unit counters?

BETA testing will begin after the suite of scenarios is complete and the game manual updated for BETA testers to use.

The editor already allows this capability. However, the scenario designer has to make the choice between using this capability or employing the striped counter capability. The Stalingrad Player will have the default striped counter.
