Hmm, my anniversary was the 23rd of August, and I got an email informing me that I have a rewards coupon, but my account says I don't have any coupons. I suppose I'll try replying to the rewards email?

I wanted to use mine for a purchase. But the discount doesn't show when ready to pay. I'm within the month date frame 8/27
Will it work if I get two games on same order bill? Anyhow I tried with one game it diddn't show. i guess i will have to sendof a ticket to resolve.

I want to use an anniversary coupon but I get this message:
"The coupon already has been used".
I did not buy anything with it, just checked yesterday the discount applied. Tried to buy today and the coupon is no longer valid.
Did I spend my anniversary coupon by just checking in the cart yesterday the discount? Or did it expire? I think it should expire tomorrow.

mistake i made. Not entering the %off with your info. That will cause that message. be sure to put in the percentage in the code

Thanks for fast response, but I'm including the percentage.
My test yesterday was working, only that I did not buy. Today I just get the "The coupon already has been used" message.

I went to use my 50% anniversary coupon to buy the boxed version of Lock & Load & at the total price page I was being charged $11.63 for shipping & $2.79 tax on shipping from England. I hope this is a mistake
Last year I was only charged $6.71 & no tax & that was for 2 boxed games. I live in the US so why are you still shipping here from England? I hope you can correct these overpriced charges. It is like price gouging. Thanks for your help.

Just for the record, the coupon was NOT spent by my testing a day before.
Long story short: It was spent on a failed transaction because my bank. @#$% bank! [:@]

Anybody else have a problem with their anniversary code recently? Just got mine today and tried to use it. First time I entered it and hit Apply nothing happened. So I entered it again and hit Apply and the system says it's already been used?! Grrr.... Opened a ticket and now sitting waiting for a response. Santa obviously hates me even though I was a good boy this year.
