Save a multiplayer game as singleplayer?

Post by Erse »

Now I know that the above question sounds like it shouldn‘t be possible, but I‘m asking regardless: Is it possible to convert a multiplayer match into a singleplayer game? Or maybe change the opponent or something?

The point is, me and my buddy were 4 weeks into a game that was balancing on a knife‘s edge and had me pulling out my hair from suspense, when he told me today that he‘s conceding since he doesn‘t have time to play anymore.

So I wanted to know: Is there‘s a way to save the ongoing game?

Alternative question: Can you have another player take over an MP game? Say I was willing to take the position, could the game be 'transferred'?

Hey, sorry to say that unfortunately neither proposition is an option.
