DB3K .inst files converted for use in CWDB

Hi guys,

Attached is a .zip file containing 703 .inst files from the DB3K set that have been converted over to CWDB format.

To get this done in a reasonable amount of time it has been done programmatically, so there are bound to be a few mistakes here and there. This is not an official release--just something I did because mgellis asked nicely--so any errors, mistakes etc aren't a high priority.

That said, the ones I tested (~20) all worked perfectly [:)]
