Apparently the DB update 'broke' the Mk54 Torpedo. v484 (and below) has the torpedo listed as '#902 - Mk54 LHT Mod 0', with a warhead of '#487 - Mk46 NEARTIP [44kg/98lb PBXN-103] Torpedo (74.8 DP)'. v485 has the torpedo listed as '#3742 - Mk54 LHT Mod 0', with a warhead of #1234 - Mk54 LHT [902kg] (45 DP). The mismatch causes units with the torpedo to be 'blank' after the DB update (see picture).

There's also a new weapon, '#3731 - VL-ASROC', but I'm not exactly sure what it is. A new ASROC by the US (though JS Maya has it too)? Another issue with the DB? It's currently listed as a weapon for FFG 62.

FFG 62 carries two Aegis datalinks (SPY-1 [18 channels] and SPY-3 [24 channels]). I assume this is incorrect?

JMSDF Maya Class DDG (#3211) entry is very strange.
In the sensor , I don't think AN/SQQ-89A and AN/SQQ-99B are sonar , SQQ-89A is ASW system , not sonar. I can't find anything about AN/SQQ-99B.
Also Maya class are using AN/SQS-53C hull sonar and AN/SQR-20 TASS , not J/OQS-102 and J/OQR-2.
In the weapon , 324mm torpedo tube should be 3x Type 97 ASW Torpedo OR 3x Mk46 , this entry have both and in total 6x ASW torpedo.
Japan using new ASROC in Maya class which is Type 07 ASROC with Type 97 or Type 12 ASW torpedo payload. It can be travel in supersonic speed and have over 15nm range. It can load with Mk41 VLS.

DB addendum, alterations and queries are best posted on this forum (see link).

They may get overlooked otherwise and it makes for easier cross references and auditing.

It seems... my Delta-IV SSBN is exhibiting some weird behavior?
I don't have it set to auto-avoid contact, or anything else in the doctrine settings....

Yet it won't maintain the 5 knots assigned 'creep' speed or the constant course I have set. It keeps speeding up to 12 plus knots and turning. Then turning back to the original course and speed.

I'm running the latest beta (.2) and I thought it might have something to do with the update.
First campaign mission from the silent service.

It's the Delta IV K117

Thank you for the detailed description and the save, but if easy can you please post this on a new thread on the Tech Support forum? This makes it possible for us to track and (hopefully) resolve this independently of any other issue.

Thanks in advance!

I think I found an error in the DB3K version 485.

Image

This is #902 MK54 LHT Mod 0 - 2005 [v.484]

Image

But it changed for the worse. #3742 MK54 LHT Mod 0 - 1984 [v.485]

I know MK54 LHT was introduced in 1999 and Raytheon started producing them in 2003. It changed incorrectly by this patch.

Please check this problem...

Due to an internal database conflict, the DBID #902 Mk54 LHT Mod 0 torpedo entry was removed and replaced by copy, DBID #3742. If you have updated to DB3K_485 then the only entry for the Mk54 LHT Mod 0 torpedo should be #3742. The service date is logged for change.

Great work on the patch. Love the new units.

I know the Type 095 submarine is open to speculations but I think the noise signature should be lower than the Type 093 given the 14 years difference in tech. According to Jive Turkey (a retired sonarman on YouTube), the Type 093A/B has an acoustic signature of 110db which matches the database. Based off the analysis from CSIS, the Type 95 "may provide a generational improvement in many areas such as quieting and weapon capacity" over the Shang class.

This is a beta. As I understand it, only full updates are sent to Steam, so there might be a few more beta rounds before that happens.

You can still manually apply a beta update to your Steam installation with no problem.

It's a zip file, it doesn't need to detect your installation, so I'm not sure what you mean there.
You just need to copy the contents in the zip over your existing installation files.

Applied New updated Build 1146.2 to CMO, version still shows up as 1143, is this because it is BETA?

Where does it show as "1143"? On the Matrix launcher? (If yes, that is expected, because unofficial releases don't change that). Can you show us a screenshot?
