7.0 to 7.1

Post by Kilroy »

Would like to try H2H. Installed 7.0 off my Lost Victories disc and tried to patch to 7.1. The Armour site no longer has it available and at Matrix downloads I get a broken link. Is there anywhere I can get the patch? Do I have to patch to 7.1 before applying the H2H download?

Thanks,

make a seperate installation of SPWAW...and then rename it H2H or something like that...then explode the H2H file inside that installation. It shouldn't matter about the x.x version since H2H will rewrite most of it.

Thanks Orzel, I did make a seperate install and found the 7.1 patch in my original installation which I can't wait to update to 8.0. Got a new version of H2H up and running fine.

Thanks, Greg Kilroy

will be a patch that you can download and exploded into your files to update the game.

The OoB's have all been modified and corrected to the best available sources...and their will be some new unit pictures and terrain files as extras. ;)

There is also a new Mega Campaign in the works which will include all the new files...yes, I know what it the topic is...no, I can't share that information at this time. :D All I can say is that it rocks so far from what I've seen!!!

The new releases of SPWAW 8.0 and H2Hv2 will keep game play fresh for a while longer...that much is for sure.

And the MC will be a blast of fresh air in it's own right! ;)

Just an FYI: to install H2H you only need to have v5.01 of SPWAW.

Not to be cruel but I always like the new version not for the game but the debate... it is so education espically after realising that being 33 years old isnt old here .... :p :p :p :D :D :D
