Does anyone remember a post where a forum member went through what he thought should be the early game ship movement and basing? Like allocating DEI ships to the best bases. I just can't remember where I seen it or who wrote it to search.

Allied, had which tankers should go to Middle East and which to Cape to relay. Will look through the newbie links though.

The real kudos go to Floyd and Damian for Tracker - that program provided the majority of the data and allowed me to sort the 1000's of elements into a comprehensible format. The comments (i.e. the advice and "go dos"), well yeah, that took a while. [;)] But without Tracker, it would have been far too daunting a task!
