The start of turn 361. Relief operations are coming from the north and south. Steiner may yet come to the rescue

The German army still has some teeth. I have counter attack and surrounded the 8th Mech Corps 67th Mech Bde. Now can I hold the line while Willie mounts a relief operation next turn?

First of all congratulations to the both of you for playing it out this far. I'm not sure but that may be a first for the new release of TOAW 4 [ the first FITE2 to be played to the end ]. And I'm dying to know what the Soviet supply situation looks like and where in the world Berlin is in this image and how many turns are left to play?
Things like that.

Hi Larry, you will have to ask Willie for his supply picture. However his rail heads are now 10 kms behind the front attacking from the east and south east. There are no yellow broken rail lines there. If you look at the picture for turn 360 above I placed a black circle on the victory hex.

Hi Larry I forgot to add that Willie has to get to that victory hex before turn 400 to win. The next turn will be 364 so he has 36 turns to advance 20kms. I am thinking that the game will end between turn 370 and 375 as I do still have a couple of very powerful divisions still within the Berlin defensive area. I used 2 of them to destroy the 8th Mech corp.

desperate times call for desperate action. I have launched a number of counter attacks and have been able to push Willie back in a number of places. This is the summary of the battles

In the north the front is very fluid I have been launching desperate attacks with the aim of drawing away some of Willie's forces surrounding Berlin. The result that I have been able to surround 4 Regts. The question is will Willie mount a relief or keep his eyes on the prize. From the pictures above I think he can do both.
