DWS - pirate colony from found colony ship

Found a colony ship, and colonized a planet. Pirate faction has ownership of the planet. Not control - I mean ownership.

Hi Kayoz

Looking at the savegame you uploaded, in this case that is correct behavior, because your pirate faction has researched Colonization tech.

Once a pirate faction knows how to properly colonize, any acquired Colony ships can be used to establish an owned colony for the pirate faction.

The other path for pirates to establish owned colonies is to build the Criminal Network planetary facility at a pirate-controlled colony.
