[More Info Needed] BUG ? build 1121.1

I have some F14's doing AAW-patrol and they fire AIM-54A at targets that are out of weapons range.
I have set the WRA to 70Nm but they still fire way above the range.
Save file included.
Fast forward untill they will fire at the Badgers ...

Getting an error opening the file to unzip.

It won't open through Windows. Had to use Winrar.

Ran it twice and the two patrols didn't fire until between 60 and 70 miles.

Note that I am running the 1123 build.

I apologise for not installing 1123 first.
I Installed it and ran the save again, the problem remains. weird.

To be more specific, they fire phoenixes at the 4 MIG's and 2 badgers, the 2 badgers being out of range.
