Destroyer at Ambrose

Hi all,

My opponent playing the UK was supposed to receive a destroyer to be deployed at Ambrose December 20th 1939. It is now May 1040 and he still can not deploy it (the button remains gray).
Also, that destroyer appears as a new unit on the list only if there are other units to be placed.

Generally, if a unit cannot be deployed on the map, due to unavailable deployment hexes, then the option will be greyed out. Likely the port and surrounding hexes are occupied by his own vessels?

One recent change was to not have the NEW UNITS screen appear if there is only one unit to be deployed and it cannot be deployed, and this is why you only see it being shown when other units are available for deployment.
